Why not eat dinner while raising money?
- Pick a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday to have your Restaurant Night Fundraiser at the Fireside Inn, East Concord, NY.
- Submit the application 3 – 4 weeks in advance of your fundraiser with a copy of your W-9.
- We will email your Restaurant Night Fundraiser Flyer (with the fundraiser certificate) to your provided email address. You can make copies of the flyer or forward it by email to your members and supporters – family, friends, co-workers, etc.
- On your selected date, have your participants present their Restaurant Night Fundraiser Certificate to their server at the time of their order and Mary’s Fireside Inn, Inc. will donate 10% of their purchase* to your organization.
- If your organization’s sales* reach $400.00 in a single night, Mary’s Fireside Inn, Inc. will donate a bonus of $10.00 to your organization. If your organization’s sales* reach $1,000.00, Mary’s Fireside Inn, Inc. will donate a bonus of $25.00.
- Thank you for not soliciting customers on the premises because it disrupts the flow of business.
- Payment will be mailed to your organization 2-3 weeks after the date of your Restaurant Night Fundraiser.
